We have partnered with and industry leading Tool and Die Makers so we can provide fast, cost effective quality solutions. Our core competency is designing the carrier tape, not running computer controlled CNC machines. That's why we elected to use an outside source. It allows us to quickly support your needs and provide high quality consistent carrier tape without excuses. That's why we do the job right the first time.
Our high quality standards, open communications and many years of using what we manufacture combined with cutting edge equipment, aggressive design concepts, and a wide variety of materials allow ACT to meet the most complicated needs for an extremely competitive cost.
Another benefit we are happy to offer is a lower per meter cost on many different carrier tapes. We are able to do this because we actually manufacture the carrier tape at our Corona facility.
