Some of our procedures and operations that qualify our industry compliance are: Annual Calibration (with sticker) of Process Critical Equipment Calibration traceable to N.I.S.T. Standards – even our Humidity Monitors are certified! Printed Procedure and Quality Manuals are maintained at appropriate locations and are available at any supervisors computer terminal. Industry Standards (EIA, JEDEC…) are also maintained at appropriate locations and are available at any supervisors computer terminal. Customer Specific Data, Procedures and Drawings are available from any Supervisors Terminal. Electronic and Paper Trails used simultaneously. Full Critical System Backup done daily to CD.
