Bags - We generally stock 8"x10", 10"x30" and 16"x18" bags. We have found this to be the most cost effective inventory for typical tape and reel requirements.
We can get 10"x12" bags for the 7"x32mm and 44mm reels, but have found cutting a 10"x30" simpler and less expensive. The only reason you wouldn't want to do this is if you wanted an imprinted spec marked on the bag.
Our Moisture Bags are Class 1 rated. They're 3.1mils thick and pass the SCC008 standard. Heavier bags are available, but in the end, they are a more expensive alternative to meeting the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standard.
Bags are sold in boxes of 100.
Static Dissipative Bags - Not to be confused with the Pink Anti Static Bags. Pink Bags do not contain metal or dissipate static electricity and do not conform to EIA-625. Static Dissipative Bags do. Meets the following Specs: ASTM D257, EIA541, EIA625, MIL-B-81705C, MIL-HDBK-263 MIL-STD-1686, EOS/ESD S11.31, FTMS101 MTH 4046, ASTM D882, SCC008, ASTM E595 AND FTMS 101 MTH 3005.
Our Static Dissipative bags create a true Faraday cage and offer excellent protection with 4 layers and a pre-printed ESD label on them. Can be heat sealed and are date coded for QC traceability.

Moisture Barrier Bags - Class 1 rated Moisture Barrier Bag. Amine free, and multiple layers offer protection inside and out. Ideal for vacuum packaging and nitrogen flushing. Has both the ESD and Moisture Warning Labels preprinted on the bag as well as Date and Lot Code for traceability.
Meets the following Specs: ASTM F 1249, ASTM D257, EIA541, EIA625, EIA583, MIL-B-81705C, FTMS101 MTH 4046, ASTM D882, SCC008, ASTM E595 FTMS 101 MTH 2065 AND FTMS 101 MTH 3005.
Also meets requirements for IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 for dry packing moisture sensitive devices.
