We offer 3 levels of service; Standard, Expedite and Same Day Service.

Standard Service

For most orders we will ship your order in 3 days or less. For the past 5 years we have averaged 1.8 days including weekends! Our minimum invoice is just $50.00.

Expedite

When you’re in a hurry, we offer this faster service. An Expedited order bumps ahead of all standard orders and usually ships in one day or less. This service typically adds 50% and is not available for some services like Baking, Lead Refurbishing and some others. A minimum $75.00 invoice applies.

SAME DAY

On those rare cases when you just have to have it NOW, we offer Same Day service. This service is bumps your order in front of all other orders except other Same Day orders. Pricing is on an individual case basis with a minimum $100 invoice.

JIT

Release on Demand

    This is becoming a popular program with our customers who have to purchase a larger quantity of components than they will use immediately in order to get a better price.  Instead of warehousing the parts and shipping them to us each time they need them (usually at the last minute) they ship the parts to us, we warehouse them and process them as filler work. 

    This allows us to offer a significant discount as well as dramatically reduce shipping costs.  Because we are a BONDED WAREHOUSE your components are fully insured.  And best of all we don't invoice for the work performed until we ship them to you.

    Truly a Win-Win program that can save time, space and money. 

Pricing

    Our listed pricing includes all the labor and material for processing your order.  We do not have hidden or additional charges.  Return Shipping is not included in pricing. 

Quotes

      In order to correctly quote any component, we need to know what it is, or a dimensional drawing.  Standard packages like SOICs, PLCCs, BGAs and many others are fairly straight forward and no picture is needed.  However, if you don't know what it is or if its a component like a QFP, we really need to see a drawing to be sure we process the component correctly.
