We offer 4 Service levels to meet your scheduling needs.
Standard Service Level – We process most orders received and confirmed, then ship it on the 3rd to 5th business day after receipt (large quantities might take a little longer) – the day of receipt does not count. This is for each process we need to complete your order. For example, if we have to lead form your parts and then tape them, it would be 6 to 10 days for both processes.
Expedite Service Level - We will process your parts received and confirmed, then ship by the 2nd business day after receipt – the day of receipt does not count. Again this is for each process.
Expedited PLUS – Requires approval prior to receipt of parts (scheduling). Parts must arrive by 8:30AM PST. Parts meeting requirements will ship the next business day. Price is the same as Expedited, but getting the parts here early allows us to schedule them in. Only UPS Early AM and Federal Express First Overnight provide this. If you ship your parts with next day service, we won’t get them until 10AM to Noon and they will be processed as straight Expedite.
SAME DAY – Requires approval prior to receipt of parts (scheduling). Parts must arrive by 8:30AM PST. Parts meeting requirements will ship the same business day.
Baking adds 1 or 2 days to the process depending on when we receive the parts.
If we have to manufacture carrier tape for your order, it will add more time to your order (usually 3 to 5 days).
